  • High Order Volume: We have expanded our warehouse operations team to handle shipments as quickly as possible. Due to extremely high order volumes, some orders placed after Sept 5 or Sept 15 may be dispatched immediately after the holiday period (from Sept 24).
  • Tracking Numbers: Tracking details are typically generated upon packing. However, during peak volume periods, tracking updates on the carrier system may take a little longer than usual to reflect online.
  • Packing Photos: If you would like a photo of your packed items before dispatch, please contact our support team and we will gladly provide it after shipment.
