Shipping costs are determined by the selected shipping method and the total weight/volume of your order.

Below is an estimated shipping cost breakdown by region, shipping method, and the number of boxes.

Please Note: Fuel surcharges and other operational costs are reviewed weekly. The rates below are for reference only. The final and accurate shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page.

Important Information Regarding Shipping & Delivery

  • Pre-order Items: Pre-order products will be shipped once they arrive in our stock. The estimated shipping schedule is listed on each product page.

  • Combined Shipping for Pre-orders: If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order items arrive. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders. If you need to split an existing order after purchasing, please contact us via chat or email at customer@fandom.tokyo.

  • Processing & Shipping Days: We ship out orders on Japanese business days. In general, orders are dispatched on the same day or the following business day. However, please note that processing may take a few extra days during periods of high order volume or minor supply delays.

  • Weekends & Japanese Holidays: Please note that our shipping carriers do not operate on weekends or Japanese national holidays.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number along with photos of your items, the packing process, and the final packaged box for your peace of mind.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are strictly the responsibility of the customer (buyer). For more details, please review our Customs Information page.
